Added code for Point Based Geometry Generation as well as the ipynb file needed to run this code and the yaml file for set up locally

Refactored directories so that all colab directories will be in one file, modified README.md to reflect this

Added project.ipynb that was used during this project and the COLMAP directory which contains the code used to run colmap and extract camera parameters
