Radio Options

The compiler phase and architecture drop-downs should be radio buttons:

• they have a small number of options
• they are supposed to be key things that can be adjusted

To do this, the layout of the options pane needs to be adjusted. I suggest that the input becomes its own row (it might need to resize), and go the right in the process.
