Corrected simulate_clsna after spotting issue with unit testing

Correct unittesting allowed me to identify critical issue with simulate_clsna function. This merge request importantly resolves issues completely and includes updated graphs and statistics after multiple GPU simulations. Project is ready for the next stage now.
