Overlap with Scala.js/Laminar Icons and Title on Bug Hunters Page in Mobile

When viewed on a mobile device, the icons on the left overlap with the page title. This is a minor aesthetic annoyance. The problem is that to allow the title text to center, the icons are on an absolute div sat on top, which doesn't have a nice way of then squishing the text, or otherwise reordering.
