Addition of the center-of-gravity methods to the TrgC3d class + Addition of the shared energy between two C3d clusters in TrgC3d + update of the launcherIC.py

made the dR between C2d of consecutive layers (to form a C3d) a parameter of the code specified by the config file. + Addition of some plots in the AnalysisTrgC3d.hh

1) Removed obsolete analysis (Pion and Tau are replaced by the CoefficientDetClu3d in many aspects); 2) Updates on CoefficientDetClu3d and cluster calibration coefficient; 3) C2d Threhsold have been made input parameters in order to easily run on the batch system

added CoefficientDetClu.hh for cluster calibration + modified trgAnalysis.cpp and Event.hh (introduced energy-based ordering for clusters)

added CoefficientDetTrg.hh to obtain calibration coefficient with trigger hits + modifications to TrgHit.hh, DigHit.hh and trgAnalysis.cpp

Added new histogram in AnalysisTrgC2d. Added dumpEventMP7.cpp: this is able to dump events in the MP7 format, energy cut 8mips

The code is now able to link all needed lib define in env.sh. All the relative path used in the code has been disabled.  readSimHitFileTest.cpp has been restored at the commint 5b6d3757.
