Update with object detection branch changes

  • Update image evaluation results, training logs
  • Edit the main training file (fine_tune_torch_voc.py) to enable training with input resolution = 448, and model profile summary
  • Upload dataset files
  • Edit the saved configuration files (.json) for 224 resolution models
