Fixed issue with build versioning, removed git-versioning plugin and substituted simple git plugin for revision.

XNAT-4913 Added ArchiveServlet back in, fixed a couple issues in action classes, updated applet classes and VM.

XNAT-4209 Added four pages for the different ways of uploading data, in addition to a main page that lists all of them. Also listed the options in a submenu under Upload->Images.

Updating the project readme. Fixing some radiobuttons that were checkboxes, some textareas that were text fields and relocating some xhr/jquery functions I found useful

Fixed project page for project members by making it behave like it did in XNAT 1.6. For users who are members but not owners of a project, the Access, Manage, and Pipelines tabs do not show up, and they cannot edit anything on the Details tab. We can revisit this later if needed, but existing behavior should be sufficient for the beta.

Style updates: Normalized the blue backgrounds; fixed references to relocated images; also, enabled multi-dialog editing of Spawner™ elements.
