Switched WebRTC library to LioWebRTC

Merged Momo Langenstein requested to merge liowebrtc into master
All threads resolved!

I have switched the WebRTC library from simplepeer to liowebrtc. Functionality-wise, we get rooms and partial mesh management for that. It also gives us greater control of the signalling infrastructure, meaning it will be easier to add our own signalling layer(s).
