Homemade ICE

Momo Langenstein requested to merge homemade-ice into master

This commit (which hides most of the changes in the submodules) allows us to connect to our own STUN/TURN server and use both secure STUN (static username-password combination) and temporary TURN authentification. Have a look at the Wiki to see how to host your own STUN/TURN server locally.

@alh1717 and @ml5717 have already collaborated to host our own public STUN/TURN server which should be running as soon as we merge this commit.
