+Congratulations to [Daiva Naudžiūnienė](https://www.doc.ic.ac.uk/~dn911/), who is off to work for Facebook in the new year. 
+
+Daiva, who is currently finishing her Ph.D. on reasoning about JavaScript with Philippa Gardner, 
+spent three months as an intern working with the engineering team led by Peter O'Hearn. 
+Daiva did very well and now has been invited to join the company full time next year, 
+once she finishes her PhD.
